Richard Taylor had worked initially for Black Horse Agencies / Entwistle Green and, for the previous 16 years, for Peill & Co. in Lancaster, dealing in commercial property estate agency, property management, Landlord & Tenant Act negotiations and valuations on commercial premises both for secured lending purposes and for private individuals.
With 22 years' experience in the commercial market in Lancaster, Morecambe and the surrounding areas, Richard P. Taylor was set up in 2006 as a sole proprietor practice to continue providing the same services in the same fields. Richard Taylor prides himself on giving a personal service to clients.
