Richard P. Taylor was established on the 1st June, 2006, by Richard Taylor, who has been practising in Lancaster since 1986.
Richard Taylor is acknowledged as being one of the local area's leading Commercial Property Consultants dealing in commercial property estate agency, property management, Landlord & Tenant Act negotiations and valuations on commercial premises both for secured lending purposes and for private individuals.
With 22 years' experience in the commercial market in Lancaster, Morecambe and the surrounding areas, Richard P. Taylor is committed to providing an efficient, high quality and personal service to clients.
Richard was joined by Tony Kilgallon in 2010 to strengthen the team, with particular emphasis on commercial valuation reports for private clients and lending institutions. Tony has over 20 years' experience of providing commercial valuation advice throughout the North West, including a number of years with one of the major national surveying practices, dealing in a wide range of commercial property types including;- Public Houses/Hotels, Caravan Parks/Leisure, Retail and Industrial premises, Residential Development appraisals, etc.
Both Richard and Tony are qualified members of the RICS (The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), and all valuations are carried out in accordance with the latest RICS Appraisal and Valuations Standards.
