All our reports are designed to provide you with clear and easy to understand information whether you are buying or selling a house. The inspection and report will be carried out by a fully qualified RICS surveyor with over 20 years' experience.
So which survey should you choose?
At Richard P. Taylor we offer three types of report:-
This is a concise report designed to give an outline of the general condition and an assessment of value.
This is much more detailed than the valuation survey (but less detailed than a full Building Survey) and is appropriate for most types and ages of dwellings.
The report is designed to provide the following information:-
A building survey gives a detailed picture of the construction of a property and, perhaps more importantly, its condition.
A building survey is the most comprehensive report available and is particularly suited to older premises, perhaps where the property is of unusual construction, has been extensively altered or is in a dilapidated condition.
The building survey will identify any visible defects or shortcomings and will provide a comprehensive list of repairs required with an emphasis on appropriate further action and potential timescales involved.
Whichever survey you choose...
Richard P. Taylor are committed to providing a fast and efficient service and the surveyor will be available to discuss the contents of the report at any time.
